Tri -Valley SIR 34 January 2022 Newsletter
We are planning our next luncheon at the San Ramon Country Club February 3rd
January is the month for dreaming ... Covid will go away
January is the best time of year for gym owners. You all come. It's great! And then, by Valentine's Day, you're not coming in anymore.

Big Sir new year thoughts
As I take the reins of being Big Sir for this new year, I wish to welcome Dave Willmore as our Little Sir, as well as all the members of the Board of Directors, both new and those continuing in their present positions. My deepest thanks to our past Big Sir Bill Staack, former Big Sir Jim Benham, former Director Larry Lindsey, and a special Thank You to Director Dick Small, as the former editor of our monthly newsletter. Needless to say, it has been a challenging past couple of years, however, I am optimistic and confident that our Sirs activities will continue to take place and even grow with the enthusiasm of new members. Our Branch 34 has lost several members---some have moved away from the Tri-Valley, some have opted to cease their membership, and God has taken several more. My goal, and that of the current Board, is to recruit new members who actively want to participate in our group. This is a job for all of us and I urge all of you to help us bring on board the best prospects possible. Everyone can, and should, be a recruiter. Let’s all work to bring back our level of membership to that of the “Old Days.”
Happy New Year to you all and may you all stay healthy and Survive!!

Breakfast Group: Meets at Vic's All Star Cafe Jim Benham [email protected] issues an email blast with time and date. Make it a point to be there, it's a good gathering with lots of friendly banter. This is the December 15th breakfast. No breakfast in January due to Covid concerns.
