Dear fellow SIRs

It's hard to believe that November is here already and the holidays and veterans Day are fast approaching. During November's luncheon, we will recognize the contributions made by our veterans for their service to our country. Bill Junge will speak about the Bay Area honor flight and will share his experiences along with other veterans who have taken this flight to Washington DC.

Our board of directors met recently to review the feedback from our recent survey. We have identified a number of initiatives that we plan to take following your feedback and I will share these with you at the luncheon.

We will also take the opportunity to present a Distinguished Service Award to one of our members and also recognize some of our fellow SIRs who have gone above and beyond in 'Doing their Part' for our organization in recent years. Our area representative, Fred Serena will be at the meeting to present these awards.

Tickets sales for the December Christmas luncheon have gotten off to a good start. Peter Weeks and his team will continue to sell tickets at the November luncheon.... More below...

We have been offered the opportunity to tour the facility at Livermore Labs. There will be a sign up up sheet at the November luncheon, if you'd like to join the tour... Dates to be finalized... If not able to attend the luncheon, please send an email to [email protected]

A reprise of the uber successful 2022 event. Caroling, gifts, festive atmosphere and a surprise visit from St Nick if he’s sober enough. Significant others and friends are welcome.
