Gary Kohler Big Sir
President/Big SIR, Gary Kohler:
Notes from President/Big SIR Gary Kohler:
Happy Dads and Grads month Brothers !!!,
Looking forward to seeing you all at our June Lunch (especially all the golfers we rarely see.) this Thursday June 5th at the San Ramon Golf Club.
Come mix and mingle with your SIR brothers from 11-noon prior to a great noontime buffet lunch and an interesting speaker helping us with the hot topics of the day for Seniors.
The Alameda County Fair starts Friday June 13 and runs through July 6. Perhaps we can get a group together for their special Wine Festival or Beer Festival events.
Remember that we will have our annual picnic July 10th and you can pay for you and your guest at the meeting this Thursday.
HELP WANTED: We could really use a few new Board members to help run the chapters business and help drive even more and/or better activities.
New members usually make outstanding BEC members so please let us know if you can help us with our leadership needs for the rest of this year and especially next year.
June 21st is the longest day of the year and every day after that starts getting shorter.
This is a reminder that we have a few months left this year to help set up our new board and help launch any NEW activities you may be interested in for 2026,
(Pickleball, hiking, fishing, personal technology/computer club, traveled, etc.)
Here's to a Safe and happy Summer for you and your loved ones. Savor this life of retirement and recruit your neighbors to join us.
